BE BRAVE Scholarship

BE BRAVE Scholarship

Be brave.
You were created with purpose
.

Be brave.
In your “why”.

Be brave.
For the little boy or girl inside of you
(dream BIG).

Be brave.
You are stronger than you think.

Be brave.
Your impact creates ripples.

Be brave.
Your life leaves a lasting legacy.

No matter what life’s next step is…

”Be brave enough to do the right thing.”
-Dr. Matthew Bruner

This tournament brings unity to many that give of their time, money and resources for a greater cause.

Our goal is two-fold.
1- to simply give back; present proceeds annually in scholarship form
2- to simply bless someone.

As seniors looking at their future, we know the "to do" list is ever-growing and demands can be overwhelming.
We don't want to add to it;
so there is no application process,
just a nomination process by coaches, teachers and school administration.

The November4Noah event is an annual event,
we want to be kind, caring and supportive to graduating students who represent Scottsbluff and Gering High Schools in honor and memory of Matt, Noah and Sydnee. This is how the "Be Brave" Bruner Brester Memorial Scholarship began.

Playbook for November4Noah Tournament

BE BRAVE scholarship award recipients:

Our goal was to award FIVE graduating seniors with $1000 in scholarship form. With the incredible response to the tournament and the hearts of so many giving people, we were able to give $1,000 scholarships to SIX 2023 high school graduates and EIGHT to the 2024 graduating class.
That is a WIN in our book!

In 2022, we established the Dr. Matthew Bruner Health Science scholarship to support graduating seniors pursuing education in health science. This was health science scholarship awarded at Scottsbluff High School. Such an honor!
